An example of the union of martial and physical discipline is the breaking of wooden boards, bricks or tiles, which requires both physical mastery of the technique and the concentration to focus one’s power.
KyungHee Taekwondo Singapore is an authorised centre (DoJang) by KyungHee University Taekwondo Union, which is the world-leading university in Taekwondo and has produced many masters and players of the Korean National Team, as well as medalists in the Olympics and Asian Games.
